Three days....
first time suffered for so long time....
gastric + diarrhoea...
really like hell....
can't eat....
can't even sleep....
after eating feel like wanna vomit...
totally disaster....

but finally...
now I feel better...
thanks for my mum for giving me massage...
although still a little pain at my stomach area...
but really better than previous day....
whew....

have you tried any traditional medicine to reduce the pain? i thought chinese got lot of herbs, so you better try =]
1st time the gastric attack me...
im using traditional medicine...
nw i eat "alkali" u noe?
the medicine is called "magnesium trisilicate"
imagine...
i eat magnesium....
